A2B is a fast-growing project and one of my responsibilities is to build a strong team of engineers by thinking in terms of retention and innovation and create a culture of continuous improvement to productivity and professionalism.One of my most important work directions is to define and implement the architectural strategy, analyse technological stack options while also maintaining a state-of-the-art software development practices to effectively and functionally manage this project.
