• Conducted weekly one-on-one sessions with an assigned undergraduate student to help student achieve academic/life goals • Provided student with skills and strategies to become a self-regulated learner including effective learning strategies and time-management/organization strategies; monitored student progress and referred student to other on-campus services

• Trained, supervised, and led a team of six undergraduate student workers; managed student worker schedules, timesheets, and weekly duties; resolved scheduling conflicts when needed• Spearheaded the university-wide Student Leader of the Month program; responsible for the marketing, correspondence, nomination management, selection process, and awards distribution of the program• Completed day-to-day tasks for the Office of Student Leadership and Engagement: inventory management, budget reconciliation, event planning, and general administrative duties

• Assessed and responded to the needs of 34 female residents on wing, 24-7; created, planned, and implemented educational, social, and recreational bi-monthly programs for residents • Managed various administrative duties including maintenance requests, incident reports, and room transfers; attended weekly and monthly departmental meetings

• Conducted approximately 150 university tours to potential students, high school groups, elementary school groups, and VIPs• Worked in a call center environment once per week with a quota of 50 calls per session; communicated with potential students for follow up, general questions, and push for further action on admission application

• Provided general assistance and followed proper check-in procedures for visitors and guests; an average of 10 face-to-face interactions per hour
