Our main purpose was to handle the roll out of Moxy Hotels across Europe. I was responsible for: • All new developments, commercial negotiations and acquisitions. • Concept Development and Implementation.• Project Management for pre-opening, renovation of existing properties, hotels and restaurants.• Shared Service for the organisation; HR, IT, Technical Solutions and Procurement. My team consisted of Project Managers, Interior Architects, Procurement Director, IT Director, Technical Director, HR Director, Development Director, Project Coordinator and a Development Analyst. I was a member of the Executive Management team and reported to the CEO.

Scandinavian Hospitality Management (SHM) (later to become Belvar) was a Norwegian hotel management and development company operating Marriott hotels in Scandinavia under franchise agreement. In 2013 we started the corporation with Marriott and Vastint Hospitality and the brand Moxy Hotel started to develop. Some of my achievements:• worked very close to Marriott for the development of the brand• joined Marriott HQ in Washington, where we built up the Moxy food court prototype in real size models.• together with Marriott and Supplair/Gategroup we developed a food & beverage concept to be launched in every Moxy accross europe. • developed the recruitment program, the training structure, the service procedures• created an online handbook, with all the SOP´s for Moxy so the employees had this in their smartphones instead of paper.• I stayed in Milan Malpensa for three months for the opening of the first Moxy Hotel in the World.
