I’m a 45-year-old automation engineer with a master’s degree, who gets well along with people and has more than 15 years’ experience of leading multiple teams and organizations.I have worked in Power Plants and Engineering organizations all my professional career. For the past 8 years, I have focused on Nuclear engineering and Project management, first as Head of the I&C and Electrical systems department and since 2017 as Head of Nuclear Projects department. Before my nuclear engineering career, I have worked several years in conventional power plants, for example as Manager of I&C and Electrical maintenance, Technical Manager responsible of the power plant investment portfolio, Project Manager in major I&C retrofit projects and latest Power Plant Manager of the 1000 MW coal-fired condensing Power Plant.My way of working is analytical, prudent, and responsible. I have a passion to develop myself, my team, and my organization. I've learned to recognize my own strengths and the fact that diversity is an asset. If possible, I gather around me people who complement my own skills and each other’s and might be at different stages of their careers. Leading and coaching people, working together, and success motivates me. If the situation so requires, I am able to change my leading style to clearly operational.Safety culture and safety working practices are built in me during my career. Over the years, I have successfully led professional engineering and project management organizations as well as organizations in Power Plant. I also know well investment process and project portfolio management practices.
