My professional passion lies in project management, product management, optimization, improving workflows, and eliminating manual steps where possible with innovative technology. Great customer relations is the key to delivering value. Having a proactive attitude, communicating clearly, and striving to identify customers’ frustrations and needs is something I take pride in.My academic journey began with a Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, providing me with a solid foundation in problem-solving and analytical thinking. I then pursued an international Master of Science program at the University of Oslo, specializing in innovation, management, and strategy. During this time, I also spent one semester in Houston, Texas, working as an intern and taking courses at Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University.My career path has been diverse. I’ve been part of three startups within network technology, music applications (founded during my studies), and media management. After finishing my Master’s degree, I spent 4.5 years working as a senior workflow consultant and project manager in the Swedish software company Medius. There I worked together with IT and finance divisions in numerous small and large national and international companies, focusing on streamlining their internal operations, particularly within the Purchase-to-Pay cycle, leveraging cloud-based OCR and workflow software to enhance efficiency and accuracy. In Globus, I've been pivotal in establishing a customer success organization, overseeing support functions, and driving upselling initiatives. The support function has, for a period of 12 months and 500+ support cases had a median response time of less than 30 minutes with 89% of the users rating the help with 🤩 and 11% as 😀. As a key objective, I've continued my focus on nurturing long-lasting client relationships and maximizing their value from our products and services.During my years working in software companies, I have developed an understanding of software development and integrations with CRM, ERP systems, and APIs. While I'm not a developer writing code, my experience allows me to communicate effectively with development teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives. In my current job I've also increased my understanding of AI and LLM models and how this can provide value in multiple scenarios and use-cases.
