In Globus, I've been pivotal in establishing a customer success organization, overseeing support functions, and driving upselling initiatives. The support function has, for a period of 12 months and 500+ support cases had a median response time of less than 30 minutes with 89% of the users rating the help with 🤩 and 11% as 😀. As a key objective, I've continued my focus on nurturing long-lasting client relationships and maximizing their value from our products and services.During my years working in software companies, I have developed an understanding of software development and integrations with CRM, ERP systems, and APIs. While I'm not a developer writing code, my experience allows me to communicate effectively with development teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
