as a Junior Product Manager of our mobile app, web app and www.kolaybi.com website I responsible for product development and lifecycle management.-Follow up global and local benchmarks-Making User Interview Meetings and Online Surveys-Create and manage product backlog, prioritize them with the customer support and software development team in line with the project goals. (website and mobile app)-Developing applications that increase visitor traffic, retention and conversion rates-Working with UI/UX designer to determine the information architecture and draw wireframes-Evaluating UI designs, checking their suitability for user flows-Managing the online bank integration process for our web app. (Integration, control of logs and communication with banks and development team)

KolayBi' (previously named as NKolayOfis) is a cloud based pre-accounting software for small- medium sized businesses.- On-Page SEO: Optimizing web pages to improve a website's search engine rankings and earn organic traffic- Coordinating the creation of digital content across several platforms (website, blogs, social channels) - Designing and sharing banners (on canva.com) which will be shared via e-mails and social media accounts to attract potential customers- Managing user acquisition through social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube- Identifying & classifying target customer groups and doing massmailings periodically and set up marketing automation (using automizy.com)- Leading the strategy, development, execution and optimization of digital efforts, including Google Ads- Learning the usage Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and checking the datas regularly- Designing some pages within the KolayBi' website using Wordpress.com
