-Ensure all closing steps during the Month End Closing (Cost Collector Settlement, WBS settlement, Material Ledger)-Publishing the Weekly Investment Budget-Actual Variance Report in Power BI.-Preparing all needed inputs for the HFM Closing (every 4 months)-Invest Plan Management: Creation of the Projects (WBS), the budget in SAP, follow-up of the expenses and sharing with the related project Managers and maintain Power BI tool updated and accurate.-Calculate and follow the TP (transfer prices) and costs of products in accordance with Group Atlantic rules.-Specific detailed follow-up of the Costs for the Best Sellers-Provide various analyzes to the General Management and Group Finance Department.-Prepare the Yearly Budget (Initial and Revised)-Calculate the KPI and share with the related Managers (Productivity index, Rate per Hour, Complementary ratio,…)-Analyze Monthly discrepancies between Forecast and Realized of Turnover, Direct and Indirect costs.-Assisting to prepare monthly and yearly operational reports-Attend Year-End Stock count and analyze stock discrepancies.-Prepare Raw Material analyze and animate the monthly meeting with the related managers of the Steering Committee.

-Month end product cost calculations in SAP and compare them with budget and previous months in order to analyse differences. Taking precautions if needed.-Material Ledger closing and material price costing activities-Routine cost controlling activities based on Cost Centers, Cost Elements and internal orders.-Month end period closing activities which is including operational reports (Production Volume,Production efficiency, Scrap, Sparepart,Sales,Headcount, Overtime etc.)-Preparation of Monthly Operational Reports( & Presentations) for 4 Main Product Groups and being in touch with responsible people in order to analyze process costs and extraordinary situations.-To Prepare monthly stock, Raw material purchasing, raw material consumption reports and analyze them if there is any extraordinary situation.-Preparation of responsible sections of Monthly Managerial Reports(Presentations) in strict deadlines-Being a part of KPI following activities and calculating Plant KPI's.-To communicate with other departments, to collect various data in order to get better and depth understanding about Operational Processes.-Being a part of standardization and automatization of reporting processes.-Being in touch with some spesific subcontractors, following subcontractor performances and material prices-Being a part of IC shipment process and calculation of Project costs-Being a part of budget operations, preparing responsible part of yearly Budget and Budget Presentations.-Perform Non Confirmity Cost Calculations-Monthly Financial Reporting to HQ Controlling-Prepare General Expense Reports by Cost Element and Cost Center
