I enjoy working with people who are developing innovative technical solutions to operational (business) needs. I've been privileged to lead people in a variety of technically skilled work environments; from operations and maintenance of communications and computer systems, to fielding a world-wide personnel data system, to developing software in support of aircraft flight testing, to acquisition of satellite communications networks.I've been a small business owner for many years in the residential construction industry so I understand what it means in a real sense to deliver a value proposition for a fair price and earn customer satisfaction. In other words, I understand the value of a good reputation.
