Provided suitable schemes based on each student’s strengths and weakness to helping students’ applications for universties. Conducted successful marketing and communication campaigns at universities around Manchester, assisting students to resolve univerities and major inquires and catered to their specific needs by promoting and tailoring educational products. Demonstrated strong leadership skills by delegating tasks to team members and tracking students’ applications as well as providing onboarding training to new employees.

Providing guidances to students with university applications by providing personal solutions and based on each student’s strengths, interests, and experience, helped 70+ students secure a university place. Coordinating with British educational institutions to discuss course arrangements and entry requirements, providing advice and feedback to students with suitable application plans.  Showcasing excellent teamwork and time management skills by collaborating with copywriting team to prepare and submit students’ application documents under tight deadlines.

Designed class materials and plans, delivered high quality classes to improve students’ English listening and speaking skills and created a positive learning environment to increase student engagement in class. Analysed each student’s area for improvement, designed customised study plans and practice questions, applied appropriate teaching styles to support students’ different learning styles. Marked students’ assignments and provided students with feedback after classes. Mantained Long-term friendly relationship with parents and students, with 100% satisfaction for three consecutive quarters. Collaborated with other departments to organise themes events, planning schedules, and setting up venues to ensure events run smoothly.
