Responsible for RA, efficacy testing and claims substantiation of Dove cosmetics across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Japan, involving a variety of tests such as Clinical Trials, In-Vitro Tests, and Ex-Vivo Tests:1. Regulatory affairs work, ensuring product formulations, testing, and product efficacy comply with the pharmaceutical regulations of various regions.2. Cosmetic Clinical Trial and other experimental design: Designing clinical trial protocols that are scientifically and ethically robust, aligning with cosmetic claims like "24-hour acne removal" and "7-day skin nourishment."3. Development of cosmetic claims: Crafting attractive claims based on test results, such as "activating skin's inherent nourishing power."4. Compliance assessment of Clinical Trials: Ensuring all clinical trial activities adhere to both local and international cosmetic regulations and requirements.5. Test project management: Planning and overseeing the timelines and budgets of Clinical Trials and crucial tests to guarantee the product's timely market launch.6. Data management and analysis: Gathering, overseeing, and analyzing clinical trial data to ensure data accuracy and integrity.7. FDA communication: Preparing and submitting necessary documentation, liaising with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and providing the requisite materials.

Consumer Technical Insight&Efficacy Claim 1. Issue Management: Explain the product claim and claim support logic according to the new China Cosmetics Regulation based on the inquiry from the China Authority. Many cases solved, such as wash off 99.9% germ, removing acne in 3 days, 24 hours long lasting fragrance.)2. Efficacy Claim Substantiation: Developing all products claims which involved Clear Men shower gel, all Lux body wash product (Lux, Lifebuoy Hygiene product, Dove) with local MKT team, Indian global team. All the pack claims and E-Commerce claims are checked under the new Regulation and the risks of claims are also assessed and aligned with Legal team and Regulatory Affair Team.(For example, 24 hours long lasting fragrance, 3 days of acne removal, nourishing the skin, 24 hours moisturization, oil control, anti-bacterial test, and bacteria-washing test)3. EfficacyClaim Tests: Conducting claims testing to support claims in accordance local laws and regulations: It is necessary to carry out qualified test support with the agency after the rationality of claims is assessed. In the current project, clinical test (such as acne removal, nourishment), consumer test, in vitro test (mites wash off and germ wash off) have been carried out4. Regulation Requirements: According to the various implementation timeline of the new cosmetics regulations, completing efficacy report5. Claim Trends Study: New trends for claim technology research, how to organize biodegradable international standards in the local project, international standards for essential oils, international standards for natural/natural sources for local R&D, etc.6.
