• Involved in the design and deployment phase of BRTS project in Rwp-Isl that included configuration testing and deployment of AFC equipment on 24 stations including successful installation of on board units in 68 buses according to the client requirements and specifications.• Coordinated with the principal Project and software team in successful implementation of Rwp-Isl BRTS Bus Scheduling system (BSS)• Coordination with principal during deployment, testing and successful executing of Rwp-Isl BRTS Automatic Fare collection (AFC) & Vehicle Tracking System (VLS). • Built test environment and create all test scenarios for the product according to the requirement analysis. • Responsible to organizing and scheduling the dispatch of AFC equipment on BRTS stations, putting together teams to work on various phases of the project. • Assessing and reducing risk associated with the project's completion, ensure all components of the project are completed within customer provided time lines. • Performed coordination with vendors and all project stake holders, conducted periodic project update meetings and provide project progress updates on daily basis. • Oversee deployment of GPON network on BRTS track connecting all 24 stations with WAN as primary back bone. • Managed over all BRTS technical operation of AFC-BSS and VLS system since its Testing by the client.
