Duties and Responsibilities : Supervising and checking the site works according to Drawings in Project like as, power wiring, lighting & Lighting Control Systems (DALI, Diming, Motion Sensor etc), Fire Alarm and Voice Evacuation System, Emergency lighting, Voice and Data Systems and verifying the load schedule. Designing for load schedule for DB, SMDB, MDB, MCC and also verifying load schedules that are already designed. Planning and Estimating for electrical cable sizing, cable trays, trunks for site and also for pumps rooms ( cascade, chalet, executive, family) for swimming pools.Reporting Mechanical and electrical Estimation of swimming pool pumps rooms.Handling site problems and providing suitable solutions. Reporting the management about the site issues.Designing and Estimating for electrical cable size, cable trays and all other accessories related to Electrical for this project consisting on 14 pumps rooms ( as , cascade, chalet, executive, Ornamental, Sunkin, Lightwell, internal, arrival, transfer, family)Reporting Mechanical and electrical work progress of project to management and main contractors.Securing record of all estimated material needed for project and also pending material that is needed and updating pending material to management.Coordinating with main contractors in case of site issues.Handling site problems and supervising all site activities.Providing plan for site works.Execution of Work according to MEP Project drawings.Supervision of Electrical works with the reference of design specifications, international standards and local authority’s rules & regulation
