 Reporting to BOD; co-representing as a senior executive; taking ultimate responsibility of the financials and signing collaboratively with MD, quarterly and annual results prior to presenting in Board meetings. Leading a team of professionals and working on continuous improvement and guidance; in FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, Zakat and Tax, Treasury, Credit control, Finance shared service operations, Finance business support, ERP support. Making recommendations on strategic business opportunities, M&A (mergers and acquisitions), including evaluation, overseeing, project management processes, due diligence, financial planning, scoping, closing, and integration.  Driving the institutions financial health in; maintaining sustainable growth, cash and liquidity risk mitigation, enhanced working capital management, proper fundraising, and capital structure. Upgrading finance policies & procedures (steering committee member and custodian).

 High-level financial reporting, developing financial reviews and providing investment advice.  Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings. Driving continuous improvement, by creating and implementing effective controls, policies, and processes. Managing credit including working on fixed capital facilities while minimizing corporate risk. Enhancing BOD reporting packages for monthly, quarterly, and annual deliveries Attending quarterly and annual board meetings and presenting reports on financial performance in alignment with approved budgets, forecasts, and annual operating plans to shareholders, including commentaries and recommendations. Coordinating audit processes. Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. Leading organizational chart restructuring for the Finance function. Implementing VAT in accordance with country regulations.
