I am responsible to operate and maintain the plant / equipment in safe operating limits which included: safely maintaining of start up, shut down of equipment/ plant , and safely handover of process equipment for maintenence and reinstatement after maintenance. Making process adjustments for improving the production efficiencies. Provided continuous input in reports to Assistant Manager in updating production reports. Raising equipment maintenance requests in order to ensure the equipment availability for operation. Highlighted safety related issues to management and tried my best efforts to fix the safety related issues of plant. Managed day to day plant’s equipment operation , such as Furnace, SO3 converter, compressors, falling film reactors, scrubber, andelectrostatic precipitator (ESP). I was responsibly maintaining the plant operation daily report log book and provided proper shift handovers.
