• Executive of drilling programme with cost effective manner• Supervision of drilling/ work over operation at rig site according to company policy• Implementation & supervision of logging, casing, running, cementation of vertical/horizontal wells.• Creation daily operation & cost reports.• Maintain continuous review of drilling equipments and methods used by the company to evaluate the present system and to recommend modification and improvements.• Selection of bits and drilling optimization • Arrangement of drilling consumables through coordination with material/logistic section, inspect all the material received at site and issue inspection reports.• Ensured relevant government authorities are notified of critical activities.• Ensure adherence to safe working practices through active engagement with contractor’s personnel’s, and promote the positive HSE attitude and learning.• Manage and monitor compliance of the company HSE management system
