Responsibilities: Daily inspection of operational mechanical equipment and material transport systems. Trouble shooting and ensuring zero faults on mechanical equipment to prevent unnecessary downtime in operation. ¬Scheduling of job to be carried out on any maintenance.  Daily updates of shift operations and work.  Routine services on equipment as per manufacturers demand. Ensure that activities performed daily are sufficient to meet the company's Operational specification requirement as it relates to each specific company equipment. Basic knowledge on the maintenance of other equipment such as pumps, blowers, ID fans, gearbox, couplings etc.

Alongside installation and testing of new equipment. Hand on the job during industrial attachment with factory. Specialized training on handling, maintenance, operation and maintenance of mechanical utilities such as accumulators, blowers, hydraulic cylinders etc
