Since early 2011, I have been engaged in developing novel solutions to drug product issues such as high viscosity, protein aggregation, solubility, and particle formation, while enabling successful progression of parenteral drugs from pre-IND to commercialization, along with contributions for associated regulatory filings. My experience spans through multiple kinds of modalities, including monoclonal antibodies, PEGylated protein, fusion proteins, viruses, BiTEs, small molecule parenteral formulations and biosimilar molecules. I've been fortunate in being involved in and supporting company-wide teams on multiple kinds of process, formulation and delivery approaches for liquid, and lyophilized forms.My knowledge expands into Drug Product process development, manufacturing and GMP fill finish. I have worked on process development internally within the company and as well as with multiple CDMOs. Currently, I oversee drug product manufacturing at our clinical sites. I've worked on drug therapies for various types of indications which include immunology, oncology and more recently, neurology (specifically for Alzheimer's disease).
