Develop annual and monthly work plan with corresponding budget for the project implementation. b. Draft contract with UNDP members and other relevant stakeholders. c. Set work plan and manage project's activities to achieve the project goals; d. Obtain relevant challenges faced by partners and by the project during the implementation; e. Maintain on-going relationship with relevant, women leader at sub-national level, stakeholders and partners; f. Follow up and monitor of project implementation by UNDP members again their work plan and the project plan; g. Go to the field to observe the project implementation and how impact of the project h. Maintain regular communication with partners and stakeholders; i. Write 3 months and 6 months activities report; j. Write articles or activities relating to project goal to be posted on the blog, twitter and Face book; k. Collect information from WLSN and WOW related to women and children issues though monitoring booklet every 3 months. l. Support the coordination of the implementation of the UNDP media strategy; m. Contribute new ideas and solutions to challenges in maintaining the WLSN & WOW network and in empowering women at all level; n. Translate the document and taking minute meeting when needed. o. Participate in the meeting or workshop which assigned by WiP Program Coordinator p. Contribute new idea and solution to improve the project implementation and for new strategies. q. Work under the direction of the WiP Program Coordinator
