I am a 6th year medical student at the University of Jordan. It is my passion to learn about new cultures and meet new people and therefore I am keen on learning new languages to interact better with people. Also, volunteering is an essential part of my life as in the past 5 years I have completed about 800 hours of service in educational, medical, and social fields . I perceive social work and volunteering an essential quality of medical students as it strengthens the aspect of helping people in every way a person can and it also allows students to acquire new life skills that they won't learn in college.
