Within the National Procurement authority located administrative office of the President of Afghanistan;responsible for ensuring the procurement process of goods and services for government entities, in compliance with procurement law and procurement rules and regulations.- Evaluate the needs of the entities (goods and services)- Carry out market research and identify potential suppliers- Follow and finalize all stages of the national and international call for tenders process until award of the contract.-Reviewing, different bid evaluation reports for goods and services projects, providing comments and information on the mentioned reports based on procurement law and procurement rules and regulations.

Employed by the Global Partnership for Education to carry out the following assignments as part of a team:- Identification of procurement requests, preparation of calls for tenders, organization of meetings for the bid opening and bid evaluation, supporting the tender evaluation committees, preparation of reports with related documents for presenting to the national public procurement authority- Drafting of contracts for goods, works and non-consultancy services following national or international calls for tenders, support for contract management, preparation of amendments- Purchasing of goods and services offshore, coordination of relations with suppliers- Monthly reporting on projects, management of a database system- Training of civil servants in public procurement rules in several provinces of Afghanistan
