Training and knowledge sharing activities arranged for FLM Teams to enhance the expertise level and knowledge to provide quality services as per Customer satisfaction. Specific and specialized tasks also performed as per management directions which may include GLO verification, Genset Fuel consumption, Fuelling Team Audits, Investigation of Network Level1 KPIs degradation along with High Impact Outages, PM Supervision and FLM Team support for any task.
