As a Logistics Officer at COD NETWORK, I handle the end-to-end operation process in the warehouse, including receiving, dispatching, returns, segregation, and distribution. COD NETWORK is a leading e-commerce and logistics company providing services Local & Internationally all over the MENA regions.To lead the team, define strategies, and execute continuous improvement activities and project logistics planning within SCS to support supply chain strategic planning and BU requirements. I am responsible to manage end-to-end supply chain operations for the company right from procurement to goods delivery. Maintaining the stock in hand (inventory) of the warehouse and ensuring the fulfilment of customer orders. I have successfully managed multiple large-scale projects and contracts, delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction. I have also contributed to the improvement of the operational efficiency and productivity of the warehouse, using my problem-solving and interpersonal skills.I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Government College University, Faisalabad, where I studied business, management, marketing, and related support services. I have a strong interest and passion for the e-commerce and logistics industry, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies to enhance my performance and career growth.
