With over 15 years of experience in cancer medicine and clinical research, I serve as a Professor at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center, where I lead groundbreaking studies on stem cell transplantation and cellular therapies. I take pride in guiding a diverse team of clinical trial coordinators, healthcare administrators, financial experts, and support staff, all united by the common goal of driving breakthroughs in patient care. Additionally, as the director of the fellowship training program, I am dedicated to mentoring and nurturing the next generation of exceptional researchers and clinicians.My educational background includes a Master's in Business and Health Analytics from Fuqua Business School at Duke University. This program equipped me with a strong foundation in business principles tailored to the healthcare industry and advanced data analytics skills to support informed decision-making in healthcare markets.My core competencies encompass designing and executing clinical trials, publishing high-impact research papers, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and instructing and supervising fellows and residents.
