Oversee all QA/QC activities at the Red Sea Project, ensuring civil works comply with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.Conduct thorough inspections of construction materials, workmanship, and on-site procedures to verify adherence to quality benchmarks and design specifications.Monitor and enforce safety protocols across the project site, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.Collaborate closely with project engineers, contractors, and the HSE team to identify and resolve quality issues, preventing rework and minimizing delays.Maintain detailed inspection records, quality reports, and documentation, ensuring traceability and audit readiness.Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances and defects, implementing preventive measures to improve overall project quality.Lead quality control meetings and provide training to ensure the team understands QA/QC procedures, safety regulations, and compliance expectations.Liaise with external auditors and regulatory agencies during inspections and audits, ensuring the site meets all quality control criteria.

 Site Supervision. Acting as the main technical adviser on site for subcontractors, foremen and crafts people. Setting out, leveling and surveying the site. Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications. Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials. Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design and specification. Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity Surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project. Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations. Liaising with consultants and their representatives (engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors. Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site. Preparing reports as required.

 Check and monitor all incoming materials utilization with vendors Approval as per client’s standards. Inspect all deficiencies of work for corrective measures of every punch list and advice client inspector for approval. Inspection and checking of elevations as per approved plans. Inspection of concrete, asphalt and earthworks for Tunnels and weir site. Inspection of concrete before pouring, witnessing Quality testing on site. Witnessing compaction testing, asphalt quality testing on site and plant.  Monitor and check daily accomplishment report and safety of works.  Supervise & monitor the step by step procedure & standard method of construction. Coordinate with the other project team member for the smooth execution of the project. Report all the activities of the project to the superior on daily basis..  Develop and maintain safe and good housekeeping habits within the site vicinity. Insuring the quality of work by conducting quality test of materials. Make a written report on accidents within the workplace. Ensure quality of workmanship of all works and projects undertaken. Attending meetings with regards to the progress of the project.

 Check and inspect materials delivery conforms to the standard requirements and prepare receiving inspection report. Verification of work before start and during work. Review weekly and monthly evaluation. Verify all samples, certificates of laborites and field test and maintain all filling system for all construction procedures, record, report etc. Field Testing such as: soil testing & compaction prior to concrete pouring for load bearing and non-load bearing foundations Responsible for construction work as per Quality requirements and IFC drawings. Engage in concrete testing point on site (Concrete Sampling, Slump and Temperature Testing with third party).  Ensure conformity of construction activities as per project standards & specifications. Monitors the quality of raw materials used for concreting.

 Field testing and Monitoring of Quality Control of sub-Grade, sub base, Asphalt work & concrete work. Checking all kinds of material before use. Preparing site progress reports. Review all jobs in conjunction with production, manufacturing and execution. Analyzed project inception plan and creating a schematic layout in view of key quantifiable parameter such as estimation of takeoff costs, reviewing constructability, project buy-out and project profitability.
