-To check and Study previous shift log and report for reference purpose.- To help and solve any problems faced by operators regarding (Raw Mill/Raw press, Coal Mill, Kiln, Cement Mill, Packing plant ) process, Start/Stop, stabilizing and Control of quality.-Stock piling and balancing of raw coal assuring after coal quantitative and qualitative test.-Troubleshooting of problems in pulverizing of raw coal through VRM, conveying through rotary feeder & firing at JETFLIX burner.-Routine Check up like Piles Positions, material condition, dust emissions at any place, pre-heater, down pipes, flaps, eye holes, kiln, hot air duct, clinker cooler for any red spot or material spillage etc.-To troubleshoot kiln main burner flame shape and position errors and calciner burner nozzle lines inspection.-To supervise clogging removal and Relining/Castable Work.-Deputation of shift labors/workers as required.-To ensure and maintain burning fuel (Coal. furnace oil etc) efficiency and system effect judged by quality report by laboratory.-Starting maintaining and stopping process flow through HMI Software’s from CCR.-Making of DPR (daily production report) & daily ECR (Electric energy consumption report).
