Overall Responsibilities: Outage Management: Efficiently managed planned and unplanned outage/shutdown activities, including work planning, monitoring, and report preparation.Operational Support: Supported the efficient use of operating conditioning and maintained operational records.Test Coordination: Made necessary preparations and coordinated with relevant stakeholders for the successful execution of tests.On-Site Oversight: Witnessed on-site work, including 660 MW Generator testing and 500 kV Power Transformer testing, while promptly addressing issues as they arose.Committee Communication: Facilitated coordination and communication with the operation committee, tracking, and implementation of Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) requirements with the relevant department.Document Management: Analyzed and managed relevant documents from government agencies (CPPA, NTDC/NPCC, NEPRA) and ensured the collection and update of new power industry regulations.Equipment Maintenance: Oversaw the maintenance of ACB & VCB Breakers, Line CT’s & PTs, HT and LT panels, Indoor type Power Transformers, and Core type Power Transformers.Contract Compliance: Ensured the maintenance of records of correspondence with power purchasers, including compliance with Coal Supply Agreements and PPAs, particularly regarding the computation of liquidated damages for planned, forced outages, and discrepancies in dispatch levels.Financial Coordination: Actively involved in preparing Monthly Capacity and Energy Payment (CPP and EPP) invoices and jointly meter reading coordination with NTDC and K-Electric for energy export and import.Test Execution: Performed the Annual Capacity Test (ACT) and calibration of energy meters.Line Inspection: Conducted periodic inspections of pollution flashover status on 500kV lines and evaluated the operational status of the line and resolving a wide variety of 500 kV Overhead transmission line-related issues.
