Organize architectural, civil, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical consultants to ensure project milestones are achieved on a timely basis and according to MoH requirements.Lead weekly progress meetings with senior management and construction consultants to go over progress and issues.Organize and track project timeline and budget including a room by room tracking of all utility loads and construction specifications.Manage and supervise the work of all construction( civil, mechanical and electrical and HVAC ) at the plant on a daily basis.Responsible for the selection of plant and manufacturing machinery and there installation and commissioning.
