Snr. Manager Revenue Assurance
Current•Develop and present development of departmental yearly action plan and strategy based on TM forum coverage and capability & CIMA model in alignment with company’s strategy. Identify and categorize new key risk areas and design result oriented long and short term projects to commendably mitigate them.•Plan and supervise RA/FM coverage improvement projects from coverage model, assign/acquire resources and ensure their timely, efficient and effective execution. Also, oversee identification and development/implementation of corresponding revenue assurance controls on revenue/traffic streams for effective monitoring.•To liaise with various internal and external sources ensuring prompt and effective resolution of fraud / revenue assurance issues pertaining to GSM, FLL and LDI businesses.•Report all fraud management & revenue assurance activities and findings in terms of risks, accountabilities, revenue discrepancies, possible leakages and corresponding savings to Chief/EMT on monthly/quarterly and annual basis.•Supervise corporate fraud investigations as per management guideline.•Initiate proactive measures/strategies to curb fraud & identify rising trends to execute timely corrective action plans. •Drive investigations establish accountabilities and relevant findings as well as presenting corresponding controls and improvement to management.•Oversee implementation of Embedded Integrity, Anti-Corruption, risk Prevention & Control framework within the RA domain.•Continuously monitor departmental performance to ensure fulfilment of assigned KPIs.•Supervise internal controls assessments exercise for business streams, identify risks and devise risk control matrix for effective mitigation on identified risks.•Encourage motivation, competency/skill level of team by providing them with a clear and defined career growth path.•Evaluate competencies in RA team and ensure provisioning of opportunities to enhance them with up-to-date knowledge base and trainings.
