Execution the jobs of Installation, Pre-commissioning & commissioning of EPMCC, Make up water pump, Highmass. Executing the jobs ROSOV, DBBV installation & commissioning. Loop Checking, Field instrument continuity check from DCS. Executing the jobs of safety PLC, Process PLC installation & commissioning. HVLR System (High Volume Large Range) ,fire hydrant system instatllation,cabling ,loop checking, pre-commissioning and commissioning.)All system i.e ROSOV, DBBV, Field Instrument, Radar, Laser type Level Guage, HVLR System checking remotely and operated from control room, commissioning.To perform the job at the site with safety.Responsible for complete execution and commissioning of the projectMaking the progress report and send to the project manager.Updating project report. on work accomplishment.Handling over all work as per work order .According to the BOQ & work order there measurement & Billing,Handling also overall documentationCo-ordinate to closed, Tri-Party Punch List.Review by operation of our system which is hand over& they give some exception or outstanding work of site or document, they are clear by construction & Commissioning side & clear there exception, and system hand over to operation .Handling the work of final documentation.Measurement and Billing of site jobs.All final document and vendor document s are hand over to operation.Responsible for complete execution and commissioning of the project.

To do the SAC co-ordinate with Project & operation. Review by operation of our system ,previous hand over& they give some exception or outstanding work or punch points, they are clear by construction & Commissioning side & clear there exception, and through System acceptance Certificate, system hand over to operation . All final document and vendor documents are hand over to operation. Responsible for complete execution and commissioning of the project. Monitoring and prepare daily progress report and report to project management

construction & Commissioning activities and study of all kind of drawings like P&ID, Instrument Loop Drawings, Hookup Drawings (Installation detail), signal cable layout drawing and air piping. Handle the work of installation of cable tray, conduit, junction box, cable puling glandding and terminating. Installation of Flow, Level & Pressure Transmitters,DPT, RTD, Thermocouple ,Pressure Gauge and temperature Gauge, Control valve,PSV ,TSV,PVRV. Instrument Air Line, Instrument Impulse Tubing, Control Valve Tubing Process line and Instrument Tapping point to confirm the location of Instruments Transmitter and impulse tubing. Calibration of Temperature, Flow, Level & Pressure Transmitters, RTD, Thermocouple, Pressure Gauge and temperature Gauge. Loop checking of Temperature, Flow, Level & Pressure Transmitters . Pre-commissioning activity, Tri-Party Walk down with operation. Close Tri-Party punch points. Complete MCC for the any particular system (i.e. Boiler, Instrument Air, Fire water, DCS, Telecom, and ESD etc.) Handling the activity of Cause & Effect, Alarm Trip, and logic check. Check field Instrument status from DCS with co-ordination of contractor.  Preparation of RFSU, PHSER V, OISD Audit. Co-ordinate the RFSU, PHSER V, OISD Audit. Co-ordinate to system hand over to operation. (i.e. SAC ). Handling the work for making CCC DOSSIER ,MCC&SAC issued, singed, upload in to Petroit. Co-ordinate to closed, Tri-Party Punch List. Monitoring and sending daily report of Balance Tri-Party Punch List up to Management. All final document and vendor documents are hand over to operation.
