• Responsible for accurately entering all the customer orders into computerized system.• Inserting customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents• Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of company valuable information• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output• Apply data program techniques and procedures• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations• Scan documents and print files, when needed

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks• Talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone to help resolve issues• Replace parts as required• Support the roll-out of new applications• Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues• Testing and analysis of new technology• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment

• Design and draft CAD (computer-aided design) drawings• Document designs and provide associated drawings that meet project specifications• Prepare presentation materials using AutoCAD graphics software• Rendering objects and planes 2D to 3D• Evaluation of dimensions• Present different drawings layouts
