CURRENT POSITIONCurrently working as Senior Coordination Engineer & in addition as Ammonia lead engineer during pre-commissioning / commissioning in Fatima Fertilizer Company Sadiqabad.FATIMA FERTILIZERS Company is the largest fertilizer complex in PAKISTAN installed by KAWASAKI PLANTS, JAPAN. FFCL has CENTUM 3000 of YOKOGAWA as main DCS control system. This multi fertilizer complex consists of following plants: OFFSITE & UTILITIES : 2 gas turbines (GE Corporation) with a power generation capacity of 26.5 MW & cogeneration steam system of 75 T/H each. Auxiliary steam generator of MACHHI (Italy) with a capacity of 75 T/H. The largest Cooling water facility in ASIA with 52000 T/H circulation rate. Water treatment, air compression facilities to fulfill the complex requirements. N2 liquifiqation facility of Linde-. 3.8 MW emergency diesel generator.AMMONIA 1500 TPD KBR designed, relocated from The Netherlands. The 2nd largest ammonia facility in PAKISTAN with : Co/Mo catalyst based Hydrotreating followed by ZnO desulfurization & Copper polishing.  Ni based pre-reforming. FOSTER WHEELER designed Primary steam reformer with a heat duty of 1.69 GCals. NG compressor & 14.5 MW Gas turbine (GE) driven air compressor for air reforming.  2ndry air reforming followed by CO shift conversion consisting of Copper polisher, copper based LTS & Iron oxide based HTS. CATACARB CO2 removal system followed by Methanation. COLD BOX for inerts removal from syn gas & maintaining H2 / N2 ratio for NH3 synthesis. 25 MW Delaval Stork designed centrifugal compressor for syn gas compression for NH3 Synthesis. Iron oxide catalyst for high pressure NH3 synthesis in vertical reactor with S-300 basket.

Pak-American Fertilizer is Ammonia - Urea complex, installed by Japanese firm Toyo Engineering Corporation (TEC ). This 600 MTPD Kellogge design ammonia plant has TDC-3000X (Honeywell) as main control system, while turbines have their own control systems, 505-Digital electronic Governors. Other turbines have pneumatic and hydraulic governors.PAFL is ISO-9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO-14001 (Environment Management System) certified company.

Major responsibilities as Senior Coordination Engineer : Implementation of operation manager instructions. To coordinate the inter plant affaires.  Load management of the complex during emergencies for smooth and efficient handling of situation. Coordinate during start up and shut down between plants. Inter departmental coordination i.e. (Operation, Process, Maintenance, E&I, HSE, Rotary, admin, security, medical center and transport). HSE procedural implementation and management during shift hours (PTW system, Emergency Response Procedures, Incident Reporting, etc). Implementation of commissioning manger’s instructions. Representative of Fatima management during off hours. Training & evaluation of management / staff employees inducted in the shifts.
