Oversee Credit Risk Management for the Bank, embedding and maintain an effective Credit Risk Management Framework that enables well informed decision making, managing and monitoring credit Risk for the bank.identify the credit risks with regards to business strategies, large credit proposals and credit policies, while challenging and advising the business to mitigate and control risks in accordance with risk appetite.oversee the credit functions from control perspective.Credit Risk Evaluation Develop and Maintain all credit policies and related documents.Review the credit facilities application from credit in line with policies and Risk Acceptance Criteria and Analyze financial statements in order to evaluate credit quality and portfolio risks.Support CRO in all matters relating to Credit Risk Management.Provide Effective Leadership To Provide effective leadership to ensure a better performance management and an effective workplace give the multicultural environment.keep abreast to all changes in statutory limits, guidelines and directives by the Government, Central Bank etc. and Communicate these changes to staff to keep them updated and to ensure their adherence to the same.Special ProjectsResponsible for monitoring and coordinating on any special assignments/projects handled by the team to ensure their timely execution/completion.

• Processing of bank transactions on daily basis. Implement internal control procedures, in keeping with IRC policies and procedures. To ensure that Bank book is updated on daily basis. • Manage the Project of ECHO, SV, GATE, OFDA, UNHCR, UNICEF Project (Livelihood, Cash For work, Small Medium enterprise, WASH and Health Grant and education).• Review and check all transactions are in compliance with donor and IRC requirements.• Processing and finalizing the monthly transaction spreadsheets for onward posting to accounting system. Ensure that all information in the spreadsheet is correct and complete.• Prepare cash forecasts and Cash Transfer Requests for overall program keeping in view the monthly cash needs.• Checking of monthly payroll to ensure accuracy, identify problems for further improvement. Ensure timely disbursements and advice HR for proper grant coding. • Checking the field offices upload sheets and the vouchers on monthly basis.• Assist Finance Manager in monitoring of the field offices when required.
