I have a passion to take challenging tasks in research and development. Research is my long-term career. Studying and working in Pakistan for more than ten years and in China for 8 years have helped me to understand the chemistry of Organometallic catalysts and polymeric materials. My interdisciplinary skills and research expertise include design and preparation of transition metal catalysts especially Ti, Zn, Fe, Co, Ni, Pd, Cr, (homo)polymerization of olefins, ring opening polymerization of cyclic esters and synthesis of functional materials for advance applications.
