- Assist in existing, new, and restart of routes.- making sure check-in/gate desks and kiosks are fully functional with peripherals attached provided by common use provider(s).- Back-office machines where CUTE isn't always available should have proprietary DCS applications installed with printers.- Ensure baggage messages are set up accurately for airport delivery and sortation and reconciliation.- Virgin Atlantic Airways uses third-party vendor reconciliation systems like Sita, Resa, Quantum, and Delta's Safetrac. Check & test through check-in agreements between partner airlines to ensure multileg flights are aligned with baggage and other transfer messages. - Liaise with common-use providers such as Sita, Collins, Resa, Amadeus, and Materna to rectify issues raised by airport staff and certify new cute packages. Perform UAT by creating PNR to test DCS application functionalities when new releases/bugs are fixed.

- Providing a 1st/2nd Line IT Support service: analysing, diagnosing and solving problems with desktops, laptops, POS systems, printers and telephony devices- SCCM Windows 7 package and deployment- Alcatel phone system Administration- DPM 2012 and server backup checks as well as regular backup tape changes- Training new members of the Local Support Team at Legoland Windsor- Organising teams both virtually and in person while resolving high priority IT issues- The use of remote control tools such as Dameware, pcAnywhere, VNC, CyberArk, SCCM remote control to connect to PC’s, Tills and investigate / resolve issues - Perform data recoveries from disk and tapes backups as required- Supporting users/clients face to face within a challenging environment - Training users on the use of IT equipment and systems- Performing AD tasks such as Password resets, account unlocking, permissions, security groups and changing active email addresses- Setting up Blackberries/iPhones for users, using Blackberry Enterprise Server and Maas360
