Installation, testing & commissioning of ELV systems like, CCTV & Fire alarm system.Installation of door intercom system.

* Installation & maintenance of Addressable fire alarm system (GE, Gent & Esser).* Installation & maintenance of analog & IP based CCTV systems (Nuuo, Hikvision, Bosch).* Installation & maintenance of building management system – BMS (Siemens).* Successfully supervised the upgrading & centralization project of BMS.* Having a deep knowledge about field devices including VLC’s & I/O modules.* Monitor the repairs of the BMS controlled systems carried out by the service provider throughout the site.* Carry out routine checks for correct operation and conduct troubleshooting and minor repairs of all control equipment as directed by site management and Daily/Weekly Servicing Plan.* Monitors the temperatures across the pack, and open and closes various valves to maintain the temperature range to ensure optimal battery performance.* Having a deep knowledge about NVR & DVRs.* Having deep knowledge about schematic & as built drawing.

* Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including lighting fixtures, electrical panels, outlets, and wiring.* Provide mentorship to apprentice electricians by advising on safety procedures and strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency.* Lead quality installations based on system design specifications, and repair faulty equipment and systems.* Develop and maintain positive customer relationship.* Conduct jobsite observation by evaluating apprentice electricians’ work and testing electrical systems and circuits.
