▪ Responsible for all the sales activities in the territory ▪ To make periodic visits to the market and ensure stock availability in the entire territory along with constant increase in market penetration. ▪ Supervising the PSOs in management of their teams and target achievement ▪ To review list of all potential outlets along with: Number of shops, coverage, financial strength, logistic strength, brands/clients, reputation etc., provided by SM ▪ Ensure that the Sales team is fully trained and equipped with company product knowledge ▪ Develop an atmosphere which is fit for healthy business relations. ▪ Achievement of Sales Targets ▪ Planning the sales operations and activities daily, weekly and on monthly basis keeping the assigned targets in mind ▪ Proper communication of these targets to the PSOs and making sure that utmost efforts are being put in the achievement of these targets ▪ Responsible for availability of all brands at the outlets ▪ Identification of various issues faced by the retail channels in the territory, and communicating them to the RSM/RD or relevant department ▪ Coordinate with the Trade Marketing team regarding BTL activities, trade promotions, business development and special events in the territory

▪ To enhance a Positive image of Hospital or reputation in the public's eye. ▪ Coordinate objectives with marketing, creative, and advertisement with Agencies. ▪ Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies ▪ To organize Events and Conferences on Health Awareness. ▪ Volunteers Service program coordinator & to built a liaison with Educational institutes ▪ Responsible for planning and execution of Media campaign ▪ Liaison with existing Donors to built a long term relationship
