1:Provision of formats to the team members.2:Sharing guidelines with Master Trainer for conducting training.3:Data punching & data sharing on regular basis.4:Ensuring proper documentation i-e maintaining separate record of men & women training workshops, attendance sheets, T.A/D.A sheet, pictures, monitoring checklist forms, training report, training evaluation forms.5:Regular information sharing with district, region & PSU.6:Analysis of the progress against the targets and timeline on weekly basis.7: Documenting monthly and project completion report on the given formats. 8: Documenting NFR's for the trainings and meetings.9:Immediate/at the spot course correction and its intimation to the district coordinator.10: Monitoring of training course against the set indicators.11:At least 3 days field visits to different events each week and its reporting by week end.12: Verification of PTC members.13: Facilitating the District team in the over all implementation of the project.14 :Ensuring the TA sheets/attendance sheets are properly filled and the signatures/thumb impressions don't overlap. This should be communicated to the Master Trainers and enforced
