Unique ID in Database) ., introduced enrollment campaign via School Councils by involving community ( 0.800 million children enrolled additionally) , designed and implemented After Noon School Program by upgrading 7000 plus Primary Schools to Elementary Schools and retention of 200 thousand children ensured in evening timings additionally.
