Job Responsibilities• Maintain stock and consumption records• Plan for effective and efficient Store operation • Managing shift work in an orderly and smooth manner• Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned• Keeps and updates records of good received and issued• Compiles report of expenditure, and monthly stock report• Receive, distribute and maintain quantities of stocks at all time• Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice• Disposes of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure• Inform to purchaser in advance about the items that reach the re- order level • To ensure that all the personnel under his control works and performs efficiently• To ensure that administrative systems and procedures are suitable for store operations• Check incoming materials for quality and quantity against purchase orders and invoices
