Maintenance of the fire protection, HVAC plant, Cold chain plants and split ACs Maintenance of the Generators 500 kVA, escalators, Reach trucks, Forklift trucks, hand pallet trucksEnsure good working conditions for Plumbing works and their maintenance.Contracts management with all contractors and ensuring spare parts for maintenance works in relavant areas.Ensure tracking of current and historical preventive maintenance records;Maintenance of required accident records and emergency reports; Implementation of fire safety and industrial safetyReview of energy management and take action to minimize energy consumption. Cooperation with building owner in relation to the store civil worksImplementation of procedures to ensure fast response to all client’s and property work orders;Preparation of Isometrics, BOQs, Tender DocumentsKeeping record of Quotations & Invoices

Dealing with Procurement Department in inspections and delivery of various materials etc CS Pipe & fittings; Vessels, Tanks;Coordination with Procurement department for timely deliveries with comparitive rates. Issuance of PO with invoice accuracy. Also dealing with emergency purchases. Keeping in view Vendor availabilty and lead time also minimising defect rates. Preparing BOQ and documents to supervise installation of various projects.
