As a Contract Analyst, my duties include: - Reviewing and researching inquiries into logic and behavior of claims and fee IDs, to resolve issues for clients and business owners. - Maintain documentation of procedures and update process documentation for team. - Create and maintain fee IDs, CPT Codes, for 6+ specialties(Chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, fitness). - Create and maintain contracts for local and national health plans, ensuring proper billing and medical coding.

- Collaborate with QA team, reviewing business requirements, validate QA and UAT test strategies and test plans, and assist in mapping test scripts. - I drive training and preparation for User Acceptance Testing phase in technology projects.- Responsible for monitoring and reporting status of UAT performance to QA team and business partners.- Review available documentation on Quality Center defect process, UAT templates and keep current and relevant.

I worked in the Quality Assurance and Compliance division, servicing Cards and Retail Services (CRS). I was responsible for the coordination and successful completion of the testing process, during the lifecycle of CRS projects. I reviewed business requirements, functional requirements, coordinate offshore IT testing efforts, as well as business UAT testing efforts, guaranteeing the scripts follow requirements, and are risk based.

As a Business Consulting Analyst in HSBC Technology and Services, my test team supported the Auto division. I facilitated and assured testing for streamlined projects, up to 23 at a time, with a two month turn around. I also managed smaller projects to shore up our Project Management team. I trained business groups on the Quality Center application, as well as documented new processes for the training and development department.I take great pride in knowing that I was responsible in training some of the company's best project managers and program coordinators in basic testing process and technical applications within the company.

Coordinated computerized registers (Point of Sale) for a nationwide retail candy store. I analyzed data from POS systems, to confirm trends. I repaired and replaced systems in local locations, as well as requested repair work through IBM for systems in other cities. I also was used as an AS400 operator when the company downsized in 1997.

I was a technician for the POS systems traveling Northwest, Southwest territories installing complete client/server systems. Once the new POS systems were installed, I was one of three technicians that manned the help desk to the stores, assisting in fixing any software/hardware issues, calling IBM for service if needed. I also was the AS400 Operator when calls subsided, and monitored business systems as well as polling of POS systems.

I was the team leader of three representatives, that supported 256 sites, with their POS systems, their credit card systems, and with procedures and processes.We worked three different shifts, accountable not only for the store sites, but supported the interoffice systems(terminals, printers, copiers, etc). Our team also became the team responsible for nightly backups on the AS400 server.
