CurrentPromoted to new Tier 2 IT support role. Responsible for supporting 600+ users across 14 physical locations in the US and Canada. Helped to hire, train, and mentor new Tier 1 technicians hired in late 2021. 60/40 split between HelpDesk and IT projects; including, but not limited to, maintaining and expanding our networks, opening new physical locations.
