I have a strong passion for the manufacturing industry, beginning my career as a welder and fabricator in 2014 and earning my first welding certification (NCCER) in 2015. In 2020, I joined MECO and transitioned from the manufacturing floor to quality control in May 2022.In my current role as a Quality Representative II, I am responsible for ensuring compliance with ASME Sec. VIII, Div. 1, as well as multiple international pressure vessel standards, serving as an ASME Certified Inspector for UM vessels. I hold ASNT Level II certifications in both Visual Testing (VT) and Penetrant Testing (PT) per SNT-TC-1A and am a Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001. In October 2024, I earned my AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification on my first attempt, a milestone that underscores my commitment to welding standards and quality assurance.I am driven by a dedication to manufacturing—particularly welding technology and the quality assurance essential for compliance. While I embrace the administrative aspects of code-compliant welding, my passion for the technical craft of welding remains strong.
