• Collect requirements from all business departments, and cross functional stakeholders followed by translating those to User Stories, User Journey, SRS, and BRD (Business Requirement Documents) for Digital Platforms. • Prepare development roadmap for all digital platforms based on the BRDs after cross checking with IT and the development partners.• Monitor and control progress of all planned work for the platforms. Monitoring reports must be reported to the SC within the timeline. Early escalation of deviations along with proposals for mitigation plans is critical.• Ensuring project governance is met and adhered to in all aspects of the project lifecycle and ensuring that any non-adherence is raised and dealt with in the correct manner with the appropriate stakeholders• Adherence to Agile best practice and ensuring the role and responsibilities are adhered to, including ensuring that all ceremonies such as sprint reviews, sprint planning and (critically) sprint retrospectives are appropriately prepared, performed and actioned• Provision of accurate reporting to managers and senior stakeholders• Act as a dedicated scrum master, including facilitating all scrum related activities• Ensure content and product accuracy in all channels and platforms.• Provide day to day internal liaison and be responsible for project management and the delivery of the platforms within the agreed timeframes• Work with the relevant IT and Dev teams to prioritise incoming work• Collaborate with other project managers, exchanging ideas, and sharing best practices on standardisation of process and internal documentation across the company• Key stakeholder liaison and alignment with senior people in the organisation, from Product teams to Operations and Architecture

• Assist operations in developing, researching, maintaining and understanding of online sales, technological changes and industry best practices;• Evaluate market needs and use market intel for digital channel creation for online sales;• Perform online sales viability before launch;• Ensure service and products design to stand out in the industry;• Coordinate with all relevant internal stakeholders to ensure smooth launch of the new products and services and ensure complete GTM plan execution• Drive the e-Commerce business by bringing in advertisements/business on existing and new digital channels;• End-to-end health checking of online sales channels for enhanced customer experience;• Promotion of online sales with full payment integration

• Designing different VAS campaigns including Online campaigns (ATL & BTL campaigns) and implementation• Implementing New Short Codes • Coordinating integration activities among the Content Providers, Engineers and Customer Care.• Ensuring timely delivery of content through VAS solutions• Managing Second level support for customer care.• Reporting regular updates of industry and market monitor as a daily operational work• Reporting monthly VAS Revenue to divisional Head and Senior Management team.• Reporting on Pre and Post campaign and service analysis• Maintaining a proper track of all activities in VAS Product Segment
