1. Assist project manager in planning and executing various projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.2. Liaise with various local authority for work permit application.3. Manage technical queries during engineering phase and coordinate responses.4. Oversee cost, schedule and delivery throughout engineering and procurement process.5. Liaise with client’s project team, operations and maintenance staff as required to ensure a consistent approach to project completion.6. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.7. Design Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) profiles for the installation of underground pipelines.8. Coordinate and participate in all project safety and design reviews as necessary.9. Provide assistance in timely resolution of site queries.10. Maintain records for each project and engineering discipline.11. Document and develop engineering procedures and processes.12. Ensure that all work is completed without compromising quality and is delivered according to the project schedule.
