Mainly involved in the execution of the chilled water pipeline construction activities on the DCP (District Cooling Plant) system;- Oversee all aspects of project management including scope, schedule, cost estimation, cost control, safety, documentation, and billing related to engineering and construction.- Reviewing the pipeline drawings like overall route maps, pipeline layout drawings, approach drawings, ROW detail drawings, typical drawings for all crossings, manifold layouts, flange, and valve chamber detail drawings for HDPE Lined Pipelines. - Preparation of RFQ (MR) (Including specification & data sheets) for line pipe, barred Tee, pipeline valves, fitting, air vent ports, external coating, flanges, insulating gaskets, gaskets and stud bolts etc.,- Site visit for verification of Pipeline routes & coordinate with the surveyor.- Preparation of Pipeline route verification reports & Site visit reports etc.,- Kick off the project with pipeline shifting, laying, fit up and welding as per project specifications.- Carrying out quality checks and preparing welding logs and reports before radiography testing.- Carrying out hydro-testing, painting of welded joints, leak detection System (LDS) cables connections and field joint insulation and preparing final reports before backfilling.
