- Spearheaded MyValidus.com web portal, a recruiting platform launched on June 1, 2011 for student athletes and college coaches, with a team of 10 developers and test engineers.- Headed the Networks team responsible for planning, configuration and troubleshooting of internal network.

- Planned, designed, deployed and optimized 7 state of the art data centers based on Sun’s Service Delivery Network architecture catering over 700 edge sites.- Led the team for the deployment of entire Networks and Systems Infrastructure including Routers, Core and Aggregation Switches, Firewalls, WiMAX BTS, Windows and Linux based Domain, Application, SunRay, Email, Portal and VoIP/VC servers with NetApp SAN.

- Headed the IP network team in Central region, responsible for deployment and operations of data & voice networks and given the charge of acting technical lead of regional team.- Deployed OSPF, MPLS, NSRP, STP/RSTP, SNMP, VLANs, ACLs throughout the core network & IPSec VPNs, VoIP on the edge network.- Deployed edge sites over WiMAX, Broadband Radios, E1, Optic Fiber and VSAT links.- Used IBM Tivoli Suite, Solarwinds and Cacti to monitor network links and Juniper NSM over critical links to thwart security threats.- Performed regular network system maintenance tasks such as benchmarks, optimizations, hardware OS and firmware upgrades. Performed evaluation and benchmarking upgrades to new and existing network products.

- TINN Works started off with 3 partners with the aim of targeting the yet unexplored Value Added Services (VAS) market in Pakistan’s telecom sector.- Deployed a reliable and secure system capable of handling and storing mass SMS with scalability in mind.- The system was based on SDN architecture that comprised of load balancers and clusters and could handle 30,000 hits per min using low to mid level servers.

- Headed Quality Control department for two projects, a web based portal for a university and a CMS.- Responsible for test planning, test matrix development, test case execution, reporting & closure.- Implemented multiple testing methods including white box, black box and grey box testing.

- Managed both network as well as security projects and tactics to implement security standards at IAC’s clients.- Deployed campus-wide LAN with hardware of vendors such as Cisco and Allied Telesyn.- Worked in a team with multiple operating groups, software development teams, network hardware vendors to identify and define optimal level of security given operational constraints.
