Responsibilities include formulation and execution of Strategy, supporting new businesses from incubation to maturity, representing the organization on Joint Venture company boards, advising on investment and disinvestment decisions, managing enterprise level Risks, Insurance, Internal controls, Budgeting, Management Reporting, External Audit, Taxation, Group Credit Control. On the people side responsibilities include providing leadership to senior finance executives at the corporate level and at the divisional level on commercial, financial, accounting and regulatory compliance aspects. Also acting as the cluster CFO directly responsible for the entire finance function for Monoprix super market retail, ABA Medical representing brands like Siemens & Sirona, ABA Hospitality, Printing Press and Digitek. ABA representative on the joint venture with Chalhoub Group (Qatar Luxury Company), a business leader in Fashion from 2007 to now. Engaged operationally and strategically, contributing to the business success in Qatar.

Second in Command role providing financial leadership & decision support to Business Heads and the Group CFO, on commercial, accounting and regulatory compliance aspects in relation to existing, embryonic and new businesses. Responsible for business partnering, group accounting, audit, treasury, budgeting, management reporting, continuous review of revenue and cost drivers, internal controls, risks and driving performance metrics.
