The system was a 60+ user, multi-file server LAN Novell system that supported Quality and other major departments (I received a Honeywell Technical Award for the system). Produced a 10 minute marketing and training video on the QIIN system. Hired, trained and led a team of 5 Quality Engineers. Developed a Cost of Quality (COQ) system (training, data collection and reporting) for the support of Total Quality Control (TQC). Served as team leader on two major computer integrated manufacturing information system (MRP-I & MRP-II) implementation teams. This required extensive knowledge of manufacturing, accounting and Human Resource processes and operations. Also served as the Quality's representative on various computer training, standards, CAD/CAM and planning committees. Managed the development of 20 hours of Computer Aided Training, complete with audio, video, and computer scoring for 6 student workstations. Led development of software for a Navy torpedo robotic system and led the USN Trident submarine 1st overhaul (of all forward electronics), 1st time done outside a sub's original shipyard.

Then back at New London, CT designed and programmed 20 hrs of computer aided training courses for the 21B63 TD. Including Coding in Assembler like code, designing 20 submarine tracking exercises, complete with synchronized recorded classified audio instruction. Also included captured student scoring.
