1. Analyze and utilize processes from many performance dimensions (speed, cost, efficiency, utilization, value). Identify risks and provide solutions or workarounds to achieve operation excellence2. Responsible for deployment end-to-end processes, scenario, tools, roles and portfolio solutions across HWS Community with main focus on the greater China region and evaluate the result after delivery3. Drive ERP deployment project for clusters of organizations, allocate resource, own process& testing scenario, conduct testing, training during cut over and use phase. Ensures the system solution meets both global and local business requirements4. Efficient networking with key users. 1. Act as “Window” from “Cellular Network” Asia operation to global IT team to analyze different systems requirements from different regions, map global processes, prioritize IT developments, participate testing, conduct end user training and implement enhancements2. Being as internal consult with Asia “Digital Connected Home” service business leaders to determine strategic needs from IT perspective to develop and implement end to end service process in support of return and repair operation growth3. Establish and chair Asia Change Control Board(CCB) to collaborate with “Cellular Network” operations and IT to define business case, project scope and IT approach; determine and propose as an IT enhancement: from concept exploration, requirement analysis, design, code, testing, cut-over and after go live support4. Develop regional IT project plans/schedules/scope/cost while balancing “Digital Connected Home” expectations and strategies of operation. Monitor the progression of projects through go live supported phase. 5. Manage and monitor IT environments for both “Cellular Network” and “Digital Connected Home” operations. Identify the risk and provide workaround, disaster recovery & contingency plan. Regularly update status with all stakeholders6. Lead the regional IT helpdesk & development team with focus on the areas of feedback, coach personal performance. Identify high-potential team members and prepare development plan to support their growths and manage headcount & recruit new associates7. Continuous monitor & evaluate local IT vendor (IDC, hardware, software contractor) capabilities, assess risk, business impact to fully support operations

Act as Subject Matter of Expert(SME) from China operation to join global ERP projects to ensure local requirements adequately met global IT solutions and responsible for China implementation activities2. Analysis operations “As Is” modules and processes to align business “To Be” strategy. Initiate project proposals to enhance operation efficiency. Drive regional cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects within determined scope, time, cost and quality3. Identify China/Japan-specific requirements, prioritize, modify and invent operation improvement by development, implementation and after go-live support local systems4. Manage IT vendors & helpdesk service to provide hardware, software and network support with SLA commitments5. Design global dashboard matrix template with SME from other regions and initiate to design Asia’s template with operation stakeholders. Govern global & Asia dashboard matrix and KPI6. Participate external / internal TL 9000 audit across China operations to assist in the identification and optimization of best practice methods / processes and the achievement of continual improvement

1. Develop procurement plan and Inventory management mechanism to meet customer, supplier and QA's requirements on cost reduction, return lead time, and etc. perspective2. Lead, direct and continually develop processes and resources to support business plans, goals and objectives3. Work with the sourcing and customer managers to create strategic relationships to support the delivery of volume growth, improve customer service and supplier reduction targets4. Manage Antenna rework project in mainland China: develop plan on scope, cost & time, coordinate each progress to meet total customer satisfaction and evaluate the result after project finished5. Manage team members performance, training, capacity, capability and supports creativity, innovation, and autonomy

1. Being super user from department to understand process and logic of OA and PM systems and conduct training to normal users2. Standardize operation process to define working instructions and to drive external ISO 9001certification project3.
